Sustainable Packaging Design.
Design Goal: Produce extremely low-cost domestically-manufactured packaging solution. Zero plastic. Eco friendly. Use the absolute least amount of paper possible. No "hang tags" with string.
Solution: Use a standard business card with two holes punched in it.
Time to market: 3 weeks from concept to delivered packaging.

This design was going to be way too expensive to manufacture and assemble. In addition, it turns out that it did not contain enough panel space to to be compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Commission's toy labeling regulations.
